As a former Executive Producer and Creative Designer for companies like Disney, Apple Computer, LucasArts and Sony,  Ardice created the career of her dreams and became the imaginative mind behind many award winning products and programs.

She has also served as Director of Technology for publishers like McGraw-Hill and Thomson Higher Education where she was responsible for major software and internet initiatives, supervising multi-million dollar budgets and outside vendors in over twelve different countries.

In addition, Ardice has never stopped learning and has traveled the world studying with experts of new business methodologies and conscious and creative thinking. 

She has created a nationally recognized seminar series for women and an internet radio show Smart Thinking Smart Talking Women and is developing a soon to be released series of products and programs for women  - “Wake Up Women”.  Ardice continues to serve as a consultant to women’s organizations and companies focused on empowering and enabling women leaders.
